We accept returns only under the conditions described below.

Return Period

Customers may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be unwashed

  • Be free of stains, odors, or damage

  • Have all original tags attached

  • Be returned in their original condition

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return or refund.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if:

  • The item has a manufacturing defect, or

  • The wrong item was shipped.

Customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order and provide clear photos of the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may take 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered

  • Items returned without original tags

  • Items returned after the 7-day return window
